The monster near Bashir howls again as he takes another damaging cut, but keeps his axe.  The creature by Felicity snaps the whip at her but she dodges it easily.  Big Al is not so lucky, taking a nasty slash from the axe-wielding Spriggan. (-6hp)

Felicity, Big Al and Felix are up - Felix's Fire Elemental appears just before his turn, think about where you'd place him.

Big Al's axe impacts flesh and bone and the Spriggan shudders in pain.  Felicity's arrow stabs deeply into her target's chest, and the creature crumples to the ground.

As the Fire Elemental flickers to life, Felix commands, "Fire Beast!  Heed my words!  Place yourself between this 'Big Al' and the nearest foe.  And attack as soon as you are able!"

The fire elemental lashes out at the spriggan, and the monster recoils in horror at the burns. (-4hp)  Felix moves to attack, and the spriggan by Big Al reacts instinctively, slashing the priest with his axe. (-6hp)  Felix's own attack falters.  The spriggan assaulting Bashir, perhaps distracted by the appearance of the fire elemental, swings and misses badly.

Grimacing, Bashir twirls his scimitar deftly, putting his strength in a backhand chop. Again, he follows it up with an attack on the axe, attempting to relieve the creature of its weapon.

Bashir's attack nearly fells the spriggan, and the reeling beast cannot keep hold of it's axe, and it flies harmlessly away.  Big Al takes a cut from her target.  (-4hp)

Felicity's arrows thud into the spriggans, and they both fall to the ground dead.  You can hear the commotion of battle outside the wall of thorns, but after it fades away a minute later, all you see is two more dead spriggans at the feet of the Foresthawks.  The cowering townsfolk begin to pick their heads up and look around.  Elyin straightens up with some difficulty and removes some thorns and bee stingers from his body.  "Felicity, are you alright?"

For now she just stands and watches grumbling to herself ..get my hands on that pipsqueak...into a squishy little...damn F&%$&

Quote"Felicity, are you alright?"

Before answering, Felicity checks herself over.  She'd managed to dodge the whip lashes, but the bee stings on her neck still throb painfully, as does her side where the thorn struck her.  The wound seems shallow, but a fair amount of blood has run down from it.

"I am fine, brother, though the dress is a lost cause."

The ranger looks around.

"I assume that the gnome has fled?  Which way did he go?"

Felicity intends to follow his tracks, using Survival (+15) and a bonus if the terrain ends up being her favored forest terrain.

Bashir fumbles his scimitar back into his belt. Well, to him it seemed a fumble, but to anyone watching, it likely seemed as dexterous as ever. Still, there is definitely something wrong with the swordsman.

I feel... I feel one of those bees has poisoned me.
