How do I go about healing folks plus myself?

The simplest way would be to use one of your Channel Energy attempts - everyone within a 30ft radius of you would heal 4d6 hit points.

Can anyone in town cast lesser restoration? It is only a 2nd level cleric spell.

There's a few Clerics knocking about who can do it - and will be checking on everyone once things are more settled.

I'd assume Felix channels when all of you are near enough to be affected, you can all roll 4d6 to see how many HP you recover.
