Porteiro

Jeddy steps forward into the room and levels a shot at Gutwad, hitting him.  (2 HP damage).

Horcrust blasts Gutwad.

Gutwad barely registers Jeddy's shot, and grins maniacally when Horcrust's fiery blast misses.  But it's the human Paladin that has the goblin chief's full attention.  Dropping his bow, Gutwad unslings his spear and jabs at Owen, managing a painful shot to the thigh. (-3hp)  The dire rat manages to bite Gutwad in the process, though, before disappearing. (-2hp)

It's your turn again, same as before.  Only change to the map (which I may update later) is Jeddy shifting a bit I believe, and the rat being gone.

Lotofsnow

Clutching his spear in his armpit, Faraway steps behind Owen. His eyes on Gutwad, he places his free hand on the back of the paladin's next.

"Fight strong, my friend," the druid whispers, as vigor flows into Owen.

Owen is feeling the rush of his goddess lending strength to his muscles and a supernatural alertness.  However, the lucky spear thrust of the goblin chief throws off his aim, and the monstrous blow crashes harmlessly into the floor of the hut instead.

He feels some strength returning as the healing powers of the druid enter his body.  "You are not going to escape, Gutwad.  Give it up."

SpamHead

Horcrust blasts the nearest goblin.

S'Vith roars towards the great goblin and throws himself upon it.

(Just waiting to see what Jeddy does and if it will affect Horcrust's roll at all before doing the next turn)

Porteiro

Jeddy tries to upset the current balance of the fight and casts Cause Fear on the great goblin.

TheTick

The goblin chief deftly avoids the attacks and grapple attempts from the gathered combatants, and laughs derisively...however, the laughter is quickly cut off when Jeddy finishes casting his spell.  Gutwad's eyes start darting around, as if looking for a way out, but he's surrounded.  He shrinks back into the corner, and thrusts his spear clumsily at Owen, missing him.  Horcrust's elemental blast just misses damaging Gutwad as he cowers.

Faraway, Owen, S'Vith, Jeddy, Horcrust, go for it.

Owen takes another swing at Gutwad, but even with the guiding hand of Sarenrae, he has trouble landing the fateful blow.  Perhaps the young man is shaken by all the death he's seen on this day already.  His merciful goddess would much prefer his enemy be somehow redeemed then to be slain.

Rolled a 7.  May as well role-play his ineptitude as somehow purposeful.

S'Vith again tackles the great goblin.

The magical fear effect combined with the monk's grip does it's job - Faraway's spear cuts deeply into Gutwad's shoulder, and the wail from the the chief gets even more pitieous. (down to 9hp)

Jeddy and Horcrust are up.
