It could still mean to find you, though.   8)

I'll move things along tonight, hopefully.

Once there's a consensus of which way to go, I'll post up a map.

Horcrust mainly wants to go somewhere with shiny stuff.

Is that foreshadowing, or is the danger imminent?

Horcrust knows they will get to the castle eventually, he also knows they might leave in a hurry afterward and wants to explore as much as he can before that.

For your IC post, I'll need more specifics - where you are wandering and if you'd wait to see if others are going to follow you (as they might not). :D  The green areas you see are trees/bushes, pretty easy to stay hidden there, but once you are out all bets are off.

I am sorry that I have been AWOL lately.  And I'm sorry that it might continue.

First, I had a business trip last week ended up giving me far less free time than I was anticipating.  Then I was busy being sick.  And now, I'm in the middle of (unnecessary, grr...) fire drill mode at work.

I keep thinking that I'll be able to check the game in a few hours and post, but new emergencies keep popping up.

So, I haven't checked lately, and I might not be able to for the rest of the week.  Sorry about that.

By 'interesting' I meant to imply sinister. After all, Horcrust has learned caution many times. (i.e. he does not want to get stabbed in the back)

TheTick

Porter, not a problem.  I won't be able to do much tomorrow, so I'll do the castle approach, if that's what everyone goes along with, either late tomorrow or more likely Friday.

If nothing is found in the ruined village, Horcrust has absolutely no reason not to head over to the castle (he likes to save the best for last).

S'Vith and Jeddy should probably weigh in.

My dad is very busy, if we are willing to wait half a week (I'm not) we could let him catch up.

I second this.  This is the home stretch of my semester, so things have been crazy.  I feel awful, but every time I think I'll have enough time to get caught up the world interjects.
