Are you recommending against intimidate instead of bluff?

Porteiro

Hey, I'm having a problem with my character sheet, now that I've switched back to the default theme.  The code blocks are now unreadable.  Go look at the skills section of my character sheet and see if you see the same problem.

TheTick

There's a [code*] tag there that seems to be doing that.  Try switching it to a quote tag.

And don't worry about the post-edit die roll warnings, I trust you guys.
Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you've got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception!

Oh I see, the whole talk of themes and colors was just an elaborate ruse for Porter to steal the yellow/gold color for himself.   ;)

Haha... I was thinking the same thing.

:D  For my part, I just like the dialogue to stand out on it's own, don't care if you use the same colors, just bold it, it's all the same to me.

Nice.  I'm not used to playing someone with such a poor perception modifier, but the natural 1 doesn't help!

Edit:  The average of my two perception checks:  1.5

I wasn't trying to make sure that my color was unique.  I was just looking for something that worked.

I take it from your comment, though, that the rest of y'all want unique colors?

I'm indifferent.  I've just been using green because it's what we use in my other game.

I'm using the code tag on purpose, because I want a monospaace font so that the table will line up correctly.  It won't do that if I use the quote tag.

TheTick

I'll have to see if I can adjust the colors used for that tag somewhere.

Phil, check your PMs.

Its not a big deal to me.  Mostly I just wanted to make the joke :).

I like gold for Owen, and have a slight preference for everyone having unique colors.  I enjoy having a quick reference for who is speaking in a post.  When I see a green text dialog I can instantly identify it as the druid speaking, for instance.  Otherwise I start reading the post, then have to check the avatar/screen name, and then try and remember which player is playing which PC to figure out how to read the post as coming from them.

That might sound a little silly, and it kind of is.  But that instant recognition of the character posting is pleasing to me.  *shrug*

But it's not an actual problem or anything.  Kind of a 1% kind of thing.

Lotofsnow

I picked green because that's the color I used for Yiki in the other game (and everyone else started using it after).

SteveRogers

I can switch to a different color if that would help.

Porteiro

I tried several of the named colors, and the only one that I felt was readable enough was yellow.

*shrug*  I'm big on readability.
