Lets hope, though I have been using Nighthawk's site for my actual combat rolls.  Which hasn't been particularly kind to me.  Though theoretically at some point my BAB will be high enough that I can hit with a the 7's it loves to give me :).

You'd think since it was Owen's idea to go break the skeletons, and he was already on his way to doing so, that he'd be more prepared for the fight.  Ah well.

Perhaps you were focused on Faraway crushing the one at his feet.

To clarify, Faraway targeted the one that attacked him.

TheTick

I figured as much.  As for Owen, the dice, they are fickle.  Just play it off that he would've reacted first, but he slipped.  Yes, that's it.
Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you've got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception!

QuoteThese ones don't even have swords.

I see now why Owen was delayed. That was quite the wind up.

Phil

Yep :).

Oh and does that mean Faraway is back up?

Edit:  Nevermind, I see that Horcrust still goes first.

TheTick

The orange skeleton goes before Faraway but yes, just awaiting Horcrust's move.

Actually, I should just go as I doubt Horcrust will attack the skeleton adjacent to me since he'd take the -4 firing into melee penalty. He's better off going after the blue one at his full attack bonus.

Didn't Owen just slice the orange one in half?

I thought Owen just creamed the orange skeleton?

Aww man!  :(

And if it was a question, I was using elemental ray

A skull on top of the icons to represent dead creatures has worked out funny in this fight.  Every time I open a map I have to remind myself that the some of them don't just have giant heads.

Same here. Just a quirk. Skulls are a good idea.

TheTick

LOL, the thought occurred to me too, but there wasn't a better way to denote 'dead'.  Especially since I just introduced the color coding and didn't want to just muck everything up.

You won't be fighting many skeletons from here on out.

Well, at least one more.  Mwahaha.

So, you're saying that I was smart to save this shillelagh spell?
