Just for my own clarity, you guys are avoiding the town at this point to check out the castle, yes?

:o

TheTick

We're back!  Though we've lost a few posts, my stupidity didn't cost us everything.  Whew.
Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you've got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception!

SteveRogers

I swear I posted yesterday, you guys!   :P

Porteiro

What are we waiting on?

TheTick

Me, probably.  Let me get something going today.

From here on, if you want to get closer to the castle at any point, Stealth checks would be needed.

Was that roll to go to a particular place, or just getting it out of the way ahead of discussion on where to go?

To be clear, the path we took to get to the village outskirts did not seem often used, but the path to the castle does?

TheTick

Yes.  Whoever is there isn't using the path you took to town.  At least lately, as far as you could tell.

S'Vith's increased perception check for Stonework may be helpful when we get closer to the gate.

SpamHead

That roll was for when we sneak to the gate (I am assuming that will happen).

Also, this forum is becoming more active again! (: (the last D&D forum I was in just died after a while)

TheTick

Yes, it is (yay!) though I will most likely be incommunicado over the weekend, as I'll be camping.  Like no electricity camping.  *shudder*

I'll be camping without electricity and flushing toilets, too! I think there's running water though.

SpamHead

As a scout I know what it is like to camp without kybo's *shivers* now that is real camping!

It'd be funny if we end up at the same place, though I'm fairly certain we're going about 3 hours away from Buffalo, so we can meet up with my wife's brother and his family.

Camping is something I barely tolerate because they all like it.  Usually we end up somewhere with a few more amenities...
