If that flows organically, that's what I had in my head, but I can be somewhere else if the current cast decides on a different path.

TheTick

I wouldn't worry much yet - if they try to bug out, we'll see what we can do, but I imagine at least one of them will begin asking about the things Kern hinted at.
Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you've got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception!

SteveRogers

I'm cautiously excited.  I may still need some help with the combat rolling and some of the other things once we get to the meat and potatoes, but I'm really excited to get into it.   :D

Tick, this is actually my most up to date sheet http://lotofsnow.files.wordpress.com/2012/08/yiki.pdf

You have the old one in the Introduction - Seawell post.

TheTick

Fixed - and I suppose I should update the ones I've been handling.

I suppose I could introduce myself into the story now.  What would be a good way for me to do that, do you suppose?  I still like the idea of me being in a fight in the corner.  Can I just write that's happening?

TheTick

I actually have an idea percolating...a couple of drunks objecting to your song choice...one that possibly implied their mothers coupled with animals.  Give me a few. ;D

I like that idea very much.   ;D

Edit:

Are you going to write the first bit?  Or should I write something about jumping up on a table to begin singing a song?

Lotofsnow

Intelligence check to see if Yiki was familiar at all with the gnome's song:

Rolled 1d20 : 1, total 1

Let me know if what I posted is acceptable.  For what it's worth, the roll in my post was for initiative

Edit:

Also, I'm not entirely sure if my HP is correct.  Someone made a comment about it at one point, and I meant to ask earlier.

Also, it says I tampered with the doll rice, but I just went back in to edit the font color of my dialogue.  I didn't touch the roll.

Lotofsnow

HP look fine to me. Max at first level for a bard is 8 + 2 for having a high Con = 10.

SteveRogers

Sweet.  I wasn't entirely sure.

TheTick

Likely story on the roll!  ;)  and the HP should be fine.

For Yiki, let's see a Diplomacy roll to see if he can help calm either of these guys.

I have diplomacy too if I recall.  How would one roll for that were I to choose to do so?
