You roll 1D20+3 to hit (+2, and +1 more thanks to your song).  For damage, it's 1d6+1 (also +1 from your song).

Can I draw my crossbow and fire it in a single turn as long as I stay where I am?

Yes. Loading a light crossbow takes your move action.

Hey, a 19 is a critical hit, but roll another attack roll with the same bonuses to see if it's confirmed.

So no critical, but the good news is, the 6 damage is still enough to kill him.  Darn level 1 'warriors'. 

I'm being nice and letting you shoot through the trees there, I had always envisioned them more as giving you cover from shade than anything else.  Of course, that can work both ways. :D

Also, can I reclaim the crossbow bolt to use again later once the battle is over?

Not on a hit, ammo is considered destroyed if you hit.  Misses I think have a 50/50 chance to be found.  But really, mundane ammo is pretty plentiful.
