I think I got it fixed.  I won't mess with uploading yet again another update of the character sheet this time.

TheTick

I'll kick Tbaz in the hind end again tomorrow, but I'm cutting him SOME slack for having been afflicted with kidney stones.
Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you've got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception!

SteveRogers

That's a very valid reason for not being online much.

This is more or less what I've been stewing for my character's backstory:

As a young lad, the gnome Odewyn served as a mercenary on lower tier, less dangerous adventures trying to secure some degree of social mobility to escape the trappings of his race.  After journeying for a period of many years with the same party of adventurers (dear friends and Odewyn's secret love, Greyla, another gnome), he was thunderstruck when a simple mission to escort a lower nobility across the country was overrun deep in a cave (a path meant to be a shortcut) by a group of giant spiders.  Odewyn would be the only one to make it out of the cave alive; his extreme emotional trauma at having lost his friends and beloved would pull him out of the game of adventuring as well as cause him to be absolutely terrified of spiders (of any size).

After a few months span of pursuing drunkeness as a new career, Odewyn would begin to study lute and sell his services as a musician to traveling entertainment troups with some success.  Despite his brutal past, he would take the stage name Bigsby Babblesforth to match the less than favorable image of gnome working as a traveling bard and become a bit of a local celebrity.

After a brief stint with a group of entertainers, he would depart from their camp silently during the night and acquire lodging at an inn in Seawell with the intent to stay out of trouble for awhile and take some time just to practice his lute and renew his relationship with his new love, ale.

But you can't take the adventure out of the adventurer. . .

Edit:

Does this sound okay?

TheTick

Sounds good to me.  I'm sure our heroic band will pass through the tavern at some point and might just meet up with you there.

That's pretty much the only reason I included that detail.  I figured an inn/tavern would be a location likely to be visited by a party of adventurers, and I knew I'd need to work Bigsby into the narrative somehow.  So, that seemed like an ideal situation.

Maybe Bigsby is in a drunken brawl and one of the adventurers breaks up the fight?   ;D

I increased Yiki's age to 23 due to continuity issues.

I can't get the headband in pcgen. Just consider my Will to be +2 I guess.

This is the most recent version of my character.

Only thing I'd look at is your starting worth, which is over 1000 gold piece. Generally, characters start with a lot less in order to earn their money through adventuring. Bard starting gold is 4d4 x 10, which is 160gp maximum. That lute you have is in, in fact, a magic lute, and what is driving you way beyond your starting gold. Maybe you and TheTick had something worked out though, so I dunno. That said, don't forget essentials like a backpack, bedroll, waterskin, rations, etc.

Also, I'm not sure why your quarterstaff is on there like 3 times. Just know, unless you're trying to attack with both ends on the same turn, your attack bonus is +2 with it. As in, to attack, you roll 1d20+2 damage as 1d4+1, which is kind of low, but you're a bard not a fighter, so no biggie. If you did want to attack with both ends for some reason, your attack would be at -6. So, 1d20-6. Not generally advisable.

Your crossbow would also fire at 1d20+2 with damage displayed simply as 1d6 (you don't add any modifiers to ranged damage with regular bows and crossbows).

TheTick

I hadn't looked at the money side yet - I was figuring on giving you a bit of a boost to keep you on par with the rest of the team, but not quite that much.  :D  Call it 200gp.

Balls.  Alright.  I figured there were a handful of things I'd still need to fix.   :)
