Oh, I knew you were kidding. :D

The freakin' plow people pushed parking lot snow--a five-foot hill--almost directly in front of my car. Luckily, I had backed in, and was able to dig out enough in front and to the left of my car to be able to angle it out from behind the mountain of plowed snow. Go me!

I moved it to a cleared space across the way and backed in again, so I'll be able to get out to go to work tomorrow. I feel very...Amazonian.  :twisted:

Does it make you wish you had your own plow so you could push the snow back in front of the parking lot?

If I had my own plow, I would see if I could find the plow people and push a five-foot mountain of snow in front of their cars. Let's see how they like it!

But no, mainly I'm just glad I was able to extract my car with just about an hour's worth of effort, and that I did it this afternoon rather than tomorrow morning.

Decades ago (before I was born, I think), my mother once parked on a street in violation of some snow plowing ordinance.  The plow totaled her car.

I was definitely not in the path of the plow. I would love to know the thought process that went on in the plower's head when s/he decided to push all that snow in front of my car.

Hmmm.  I wouldn't think Amazonians would have to worry about snow very often.

The guy that used to plow our lots ticked me off a few years back.  I had left my car in the lot over the weekend, and when I went to retrieve it, he informed me how lucky I was, because he was getting ready to bury it.  Apparently, he felt it was in his way.

It wasn't a smart move on his part.
