Yup. This building is a hundred years old and has probably been renovated many times over the years. The frustrating thing is the the office across the hall doesn't have all these problems.

We are having gorgeous weather here now - the weather people come to Florida for.

Went for a walk on the boardwalk with my family just before sunset yesterday.  8)
