Taggart manages to find enough wood next to his shelter to craft a few serviceable arrow shafts.  However, without metal arrowheads, they will at best be useful for hunting small game.  Meanwhile, the wind continues to whip into the shelter, and one corner is starting to lift off the ground.
Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you've got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception!

When Tagart sees the corner of the shelter has been lifted, he trys his best to fix it
Oh no!  No wonder this hut was only 5 pennys, I thought I had the best deal ever, but this hutlet was such low quality!
After Tagart tries and tries to fix the breach, the entire hut falls over
ugh, now what
luckily, he sees an elf, another half-orc, and a wizard with a raven busting into a mansion where nobody lives.

Taggart feels he is not trusted by the elf.

Taggart waits for someone to help him rebuild his home and perhaps fortify it.

Taggart gets impatiant and starts to try and repair it on his own until the elves and half orc stop being frozen.
